Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Takedown Policy
HOPE AI LTD. ("the Company," "we," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our services ("Users") to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that any content uploaded, submitted, or displayed on our platform infringes your copyright, you may file a DMCA Takedown Notice with our designated copyright agent.
1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To help us process your request efficiently, your written notice should include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material (such as URLs).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Failure to include all required information may delay or prevent processing of your notice.
2. Submit Your DMCA Notice to Our Copyright Agent

3. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, HOPE AI LTD. will:
- Review the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the User who uploaded or submitted the content
- Provide the User with an opportunity to submit a Counter-Notification (if applicable)
We may also terminate or restrict access to accounts belonging to repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.
4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a Counter-Notification.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence, or if outside the United Kingdom, the courts of Hong Kong, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking to restrain the User within the timeframe required by the DMCA, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
HOPE AI LTD. may, at its discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts belonging to Users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
