Question 33 Emma, the director of the animal shelter, thinks that there are more donations made to the shelter at the end of the year. She creates a time plot showing how the quarterly total for donations varies over time. Then she creates seasonal naive forecasts for the next year. These data and the seasonal naive forecasts for 2023 are given in the Excel sheet for this question.  Create a time plot of these data using time period as the measure of time. Include the seasonal naive forecasts on the plot in a different colour, with a legend that explains what each colour on the plot represents. Clearly label the axes including measurement units whenever possible. Make sure any text can easily be read. You do not need to include a title. Create your plot in Excel. Right-click on the plot and "Save as Picture...". Save as a PNG or JPEG file. Then in the text box below, choose Insert > Image > Upload Image. If you are having trouble saving the image from Excel, click somewhere outside of the graph, then take a screenshot and crop it to include only the contents of the graph.
