Seremban police chief Assistant Commissioner Nanda Maarof confirmed the matter, when contacted today. "Based on the information we received, the boys will be charged and after that they will be given probation before a new date is set for sentencing," he said. He said the suspects would be charged under Section 323 and Section 34 of the Penal Code, while another Form Five student is expected to be called to testify as a witness for the case . The four students were arrested on Friday at about 7pm, following a police report lodged by the victim's parents. In the May 13 bully incident, the suspects had allegedly accused the victim of having caused a problem and called him aside.
